Season Ship Management & Maritime Services is being introduced as an unit of SEACOM Group of Companies, who has been well known for their contribution towards the Indian Maritime Sector by producing a number of qualified marine personnel through their 22 years old Director General Shipping ( Government of India ) Approved Marine College and other extended activities like Publishing of “SHIPMAG” - a shipping magazine with nationwide coverage for the Indian Maritime Industry and distribution coverage . The group has later on come with their Engineering and Management College ( AICTE & WBUT Approved ) .

SSM was established in the year 1988 with the launch of various manning program and subsequently diversified to other shipping related services. In the initial years the company was involved mainly in installation & servicing of all kinds of navigational & communication euipments. Since then, in a short span of time it has moved to include a wide range of shipping
services and activities. The dedicated professional team of the company with their involvement & persuasive qualities firmly established Season Ship Management & Maritime Services as an industry leader in ship management services. Our expertise in vessel management has grown over the years. Now the company is run under the management of SEACOM Projects
Ltd.

At SSM we believe that our principals are extremely special & with the ever changing dynamism of the global shipping fraternity we are now poised to go all out to cater our principals needs in a most safe and cost effective manner. Our core strength lies in our ability to manage ships effectively resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction. Today we are capable of managing a wide range of vessels including Bulk carriers, Tankers, Liner ships, Self Unloaders etc:. Our management capabilities could be extended to other types of vessels as well through the creation of a new center of excellence.

The company’s progress is attributed to a team of dedicated, well qualified & result oriented professionals, consisting of Master Mariners, Chief Engineers and ground staff with a vast experience in shipping. The team is responsible for planning, Organizing, staffing, training, budgeting, coordinating, repairing, ensuring safety, inspections, etc. With this type of management in place we plan on sustaining growth and expansion. As a result we have expanded our activities towards Wireless Communication system management, Project management on Fire fighting, Power generation and Distribution using renewable source of energy in Land and Industrial sectors covering Government administrative department, Oil & Gas Sector and Other Industrial sectors and Institutions of repute.
